Pamela Collins – Principal Broker

Pamela’s passion for the commercial real estate industry started in 2001. She spent significant time as a sales and leasing agent for a large local industrial developer. During her time with Robert Grooters Development Company, Pamela’s primary roles were marketing, sales, and leasing of a large industrial and office portfolio. Through hard work and building relationships, she and her team completed several projects including lease transactions, build-to-suits, and real estate sales ranging from 30,000 to 400,000 square feet.

In December of 2008, she made the decision to further challenge herself and her career and apply her skills and knowledge as an independent contractor in the commercial real estate brokerage field. With her experience working in a difficult real estate climate, Pamela has a proven track record of servicing her clients in both times of a recession and in climates of economic growth. With this history, she can apply her experience of various market conditions to property valuations, the experience of multiple closed transactions, and confidence in negotiating on behalf of her clients with integrity.

Pamela has lived in West Michigan her entire life and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, gardening, cooking, and, most importantly, spending time with her family, including her two sons. She also serves as President for the Commercial Alliance of Realtors Board of Directors and holds the Treasurer’s position of the West Michigan Mountain Biking Alliance.
